Refund Policy

Out Policy

At Adult Ballet Wales, we strive to provide a consistent and enjoyable learning experience for all our students. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate a class cancellation. In such instances, we offer our students the following options:

1. Makeup Class:

Students are welcome to attend a different ballet class offered at Adult Ballet Wales during the same week (subject to space availability) to compensate for the missed lesson. We recommend contacting the studio in advance to confirm your attendance at the makeup class.

2. Credit for Next Term:

If attending a makeup class is not feasible, the cost of the cancelled lesson will be deducted from your fees for the following term.

Please Note:

• This policy applies to cancellations initiated by Adult Ballet Wales only.

• Refunds will not be offered for student-initiated cancellations or missed classes.

• We will endeavour to notify students of class cancellations with as much notice as possible.
